M/s Nowara Realty LLP (referred to as "Nowara", "we", "us", or "our") is a real-estate developer engaged in the development and sale of residential housing projects in Haryana, India, including its affordable housing project "Nakshatra by Nowara" (License No. 73 of 2025, Project ID 214) at Sector-3, Farukhnagar, Gurugram, developed under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy 2013.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect the personal information you provide when you visit www.nowararealty.com, submit any enquiry, careers, brochure, or contact form on our website, or otherwise engage with us in connection with our projects.

By using our website or sharing information with us, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use the website or share your information with us.

  • "Personal Information" means any information that identifies you or can reasonably be used to identify you, such as your name, contact number, email address, postal address, or CV.

  • Enquiry details submitted via our "Enquire Now" pop-up: name, 10-digit mobile number, and email address.
  • Brochure-request details: name, phone number, email, and preferred unit category (2 BHK / 3 BHK).
  • Contact-form details: name, phone, email, subject, and message.
  • Career-application details: full name, phone, email, selected profile, and an uploaded CV file (PDF / DOC / DOCX).
  • Correspondence you send us by email, WhatsApp, or phone, including any supporting documents you voluntarily share.
  • Technical information collected automatically when you visit our website: IP address, approximate location, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps.
  • Cookie data used to keep the site functioning and to understand how visitors use it.

Important: The formal application, e-KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, DigiLocker), bank-account verification, and payment of registration/application fees for Nakshatra by Nowara are handled on the Haryana Government's official e-Draw portal at edraw.tcpharyana.gov.in. Nowara does not collect your Aadhaar, PAN, or bank-account information directly through this website. Any information you submit on the government portal is governed by its own privacy policy.

3. How We Collect Your Information

  • Directly from you, when you complete a form on our website, download our brochure, apply for a role, or contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Automatically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies when you browse the website.
  • From authorised channel partners, brokers, or marketing agencies who share your enquiry with us with your consent.
  • From publicly available sources, only where lawful and relevant to our business.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Process your career application and assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
  • Communicate with you about draws, allotments, project milestones, and customer-service matters relating to Nakshatra by Nowara and all other projects by Nowara.
  • Keep you informed about upcoming Nowara projects, events, and offers — where you have consented to receive such communications.
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience, including understanding which pages visitors find useful.
  • Comply with our obligations under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy 2013, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, the DPDP Act, 2023, and other applicable law.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorised, or unlawful activity — including the misuse of our brand by third parties.
  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions, agreements of sale, and other contracts with you.

5. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited circumstances described below:

  • Service providers who work for us under written contracts — for example, our website host, email/CRM provider, SMS and WhatsApp gateways, and IT-support vendors — and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
  • Authorised channel partners and brokers assisting you with your enquiry, where you have asked them to represent you.
  • Government and regulatory authorities, including the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana (DTCP), the relevant RERA authority, and any court, tribunal, or law-enforcement agency, where required by law or legal process.
  • Professional advisors such as auditors, lawyers, and bankers, bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Successors in interest in the event of a restructuring, merger, or transfer of business, in which case your information will continue to be protected under a policy consistent with this one.
  • With your explicit consent, for any purpose not listed above.

  • Career-application data and CVs: retained for up to 1 year after the conclusion of the recruitment process, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
  • Records relating to actual allotment, agreements of sale, and payments: retained for the period required under RERA, income-tax, GST, and other applicable laws.
  • Cookies and website logs: retained for the periods described in our cookie and hosting configuration, typically not exceeding 13 months.

Once the relevant period expires, we delete or anonymise your information, unless continued retention is required by law.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:

  • Right to access — ask us what information we hold about you and how it has been used.
  • Right to correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.

  • Right to grievance redressal — raise any concern with our Grievance Officer (see Section 13 below).
  • Right to nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

We will respond to legitimate requests within the time period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline requests that are unlawful, unreasonable, or that affect the rights of other persons.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to this Policy or your information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
